Pink, Snowflake and Mardi Parti Competitions ONLY are held in the amazing

Richmond Olympic Oval (6111 River Road, Richmond BC), the speed skating

venue for the 2010 Olympic Games www.richmondoval.ca.

 

PARKING:  

There are numerous paid parking lots surrounding the oval.  

 

IN ADDITION, we have secured a city overflow parking lot located at CITY WORKS YARD. There are approximately 375 spots there. It is about a 15 min walk away. There is a FREE Shuttle to and from the works yard.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From Victoria via Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal

1. As you leave the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal you will be on highway #17.

2. Look for signs to Highway #99 Northbound (approximately 7 minutes from the Ferry Terminal).

3. Highway #99 goes through the George Massey Tunnel.

4. After the George Massey Tunnel, stay on Highway #99 and take exit #36 (Westminster Hwy) which leads into the heart of Richmond, home to the City Center.

5. Turn right on Gilbert.

6. Turn left on Elmbridge.

7. Turn right on Hollybridge.

8. Turn left on River Road.

From Alberta, the Okanagan or Northern BC

1. If you are traveling west on Highway #1 from Alberta, the Okanagan or Northern British Columbia the main junction for all will be near Hope.

2. Once in Hope, follow highway #1 past Chilliwack and Abbotsford to Exit #66 in Langley.

3. This leads to Highway #10.

4. Follow Highway#10 to the exit leading to Highway #99.

5. Follow Highway #99 through the George Massey Tunnel.

6. After the George Massey Tunnel, stay on Highway #99 and take exit #36 (Westminster Hwy) which leads into the heart of Richmond, home to the City Center.

7. Turn right on Gilbert.

8. Turn left on Elmbridge.

9. Turn right on Hollybridge.

10. Turn left on River Road.

From Seattle

1. Take Interstate #5 all the way to the Peace Arch US/Canada Border Crossing. Interstate #5 changes to Highway #99 once you have crossed the border into Canada.

2. Follow Highway #99 until you pass through the George Massey Tunnel (approximately 25 minutes drive from the US/Canada Border Crossing).

3. After the George Massey Tunnel, stay on Highway #99 and take exit #36 (Westminster Hwy) which leads into the heart of Richmond, home to the City Center.

4. Turn right on Gilbert.

5. Turn left on Elmbridge.

6. Turn right on Hollybridge.

7. Turn left on River Road.
